I speak from experience... the grass isn't greener on the other side. IL has what it takes to keep pushing through UF.. its a great guild and JD and there alliance do well too. As for the members you mentioned, even if they werent in JD, you're an officer in the alliance, you are certainly not acting like one. That says a lot about who you're recruiting. I mean, if they can be so easily swayed into joining another guild then how is that our fault? Your members aren't children. They can make their own decisions and if a little, "hey guy, ever thought about IL?" is enough for them to drop their current tag, then I do not know what else to say.

With that being said, either your members aren't loyal enough to stick it out with you guys, or they are actually being recruited by their friends who are here and would rather spend their time with us.

I love the alliance and always have, but I don't think it's fair to point the finger at us when we don't control the player's decision(s).
