Current Needs and Requirements to be a Raider (new applicants and returning members)

DEFINITIONS:

Pre-Applicant (Pre-App): is a person who has submitted an application, meets our current needs and raid requirements, has been accepted by the recruiter, but has yet to complete the application process. A Pre-App has two weeks to complete the application process, or his application will be denied and his privileges removed.

Applicant: a Pre-App that has completed the application process. An Applicant is permitted to raid. An Applicant may earn Bunny Kill Points (BKP). This is the same as Dragon Kill Points (DKP) in other guilds. An Applicant bids at a Tier 2 (T2) level. An Applicant will be assessed for Full Membership after obtaining a raid attendance (RA) of 50% within the last 60 days. An Applicant can become Full Member in as little as 30 days with 100% RA. If an Applicant does not obtain an RA of 50% or higher within 60 days, his application will be denied and his privileges removed.

NOTE: Retired Full Members wishing to return to raiding must meet the current needs and requirements. A Retired Full Member who has been away less than six months does not need to fill out an application. A Retired Full Member will be given the rank of Applicant with the same raiding and bidding privileges as listed above, and the same RA expectations. If a Retired Full Member does not obtain an RA of 50% or higher within 60 days, his rank and privileges will be changed to that of a Social Bunny, and he will no longer be able to raid.

CURRENT MUST HAVES BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APP:

1. Must be maximum level allowed in the current expansion.
2. Must have a current Magelo posting (Applicants and returning Retired Full Members only).
3. Must be able to self: invis, gate, shrink, CoP4, and lev.
4. Must have epic 2.0 if your class is: bard, cleric, rogue, shadowknight, shaman, and ranger.
5. All gear must be at a minimum: 1) T1 group gear of the current expansion, or 2) raid gear of previous expansion. All augmentations slots, other than ornamentations, should be filled.
6. AAs: 80% of current maximum by class. Hero's Resolution, Vitality, and Resolution are no longer required to apply, but are highly encouraged as a personal goal to improve your survivability and DPS.

REQUIREMENTS TO RAID:

1. IL website: registered and granted access to iratus-lepus.com.
2. GINA: installed and working with IL’s trigger set and settings.
3. Discord: installed and working with access to the IL server. You must be able to listen. You do not need to speak.
4. BKP: registered and granted access to the IL BKP site.
5. Guild Tribute: Opted In.
6. IL Rules: have read through the IL rules.
7. When meeting with Treesmasha, the recruiter, the applicant must remove any ornamentation from his chest and legs and dye the slots an obviously red shade. Why? To show that you have read these requirements.
