Windows 7 has a crappy speech voice, Microsoft Anna, and 2 others that are even worse than that one. Windows 8/10 has Microsoft David, which is a improvement, but I stumbled on a really good, more realistic voice.

There are others but I like this one the best. The downside is that it is $45 but it depends how important to you it is. For me, hearing that bad voice during raids is just an ear-sore =D
