After having access to UF I stupidly complained about a fe missing features. Here is how I truly felt and let SOE now it. Like it really matters. Here is what I sent them:

In spectacular fasion, SOE has screwd up again. Hundreds to thousands of people got into UF prerelease without proprer conditions met. Hell, I did it on two accounts myself. I had two accounts that were able to access UF. One which I bought the day after UF was available for prerelease and one I bought 4 hours after UF went live for prerelease. Both were able to get into all UF zones or at least until I complained on one account that certain features were not available like extended target or achievments. So what did SOE do, they disabled my account on the account that I complained with. The second account still had full access for at least another day. A few minutes ago, however, I tried to log in with my second account, which now no longer has access to UF.
Great job, tease me with a taste of the new expansion without explaining to me that I was supposed to do 3 quests and then boot me out of it. Seems like a great marketing ploy to lose customers. Unfortunatley I ahve been playing EQ since near the launch date. I love the game and have a lot of time invested into it. I do not want to lose that time. It is difficult for me to quit the game no matter how many times you screw up the game, expansions, nerfing, tweaking, and whatever else you deem appropriate without thinking it through.
If there was another game I wanted to play like I do EQ, I would take my 6 accounts and go. You have a great game bt unfortunately inept service and control over what you put out. I am stuck with a great game and support where I haven't seen a GM in years, not months, but yes years!!!!
